Enforcement

Prevailing Wage Laws have been used in New Jersey since 1913. Developed to prevent the government from reducing local area construction wages and as an effective tool to assure quality craftsmanship. Prevailing Wage Laws are not only essential but they are required on all public projects.

The ACC works closely with government agencies to monitor and enforce Prevailing Wage Laws.
